Deposit policy.

• There will be a deposit of $100 that must be paid before your appointment is secured.

• You will be sent a link to pay your deposit. Please send the deposit as soon as you receive the link. Your time/date may be offered to someone else if not paid promptly.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferable upon notice of at least 48 hours of your original appointment time if a reschedule is needed.

• Deposits can be transferred 1 time. If another reschedule is needed, then another $100 will be due.

• Your deposit is considered forfeited if you reschedule/cancel there same day or in less than 48 hours from the time of your appointment.

• Your deposit is considered forfeited if you are excessively late to your appointment.

• If you need to reschedule, and have given at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be held for 14 days before it’s considered forfeited. Please reschedule your appointment asap.

Answers to questions you may have.

• Do you take walk-ins? We are an appointment only shop. Watch for reschedules/cancellations your tattooer may personally post on social media for spontaneous availability. We do not do piercings.

• Can we drop in to say hello or look around at the shop?

  Our doors are locked, so please get with who you’d like to see before you make the trip!

• Will you work on, fix, or finish tattoos done by other people? Typically no, but it will ultimately depend on the condition of the existing tattoo and the circumstances of your situation.

• Can I bring my friends and family to my appointment? We love good company, but we’d prefer if you only brought 1-2 people with you to your appointment. Please, no children in the shop.

• What can I do to be prepared for my appointment? Get a good nights rest, stay hydrated and eat something nutritious before your appointment. Wear something comfortable, that’s easily accessible to the area of your body you’re getting tattooed. Don’t wear your Sundays best! Tattoo ink will never wash out! Show up on time, but no more than 15 minuets early please.

• Will I be able to see my tattoo design before my appointment? We will not send any sketches or drawings. It’s important to get all the details on the design you want in your initial email/form, that way we know exactly what you want so we can make it happen! Any small, minor changes can be discussed at the time of your appointment.

• Can I change my mind on the design I want? A design has to be agreed on by the tattooer and client before an appointment can be solidified. You won’t be able to change what you originally scheduled for.
